We do not make direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you can return the product within the set period and place a new order in the store.

Who pays for the shipping costs on returns?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Ciivo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipment. We recommend using a courier service with tracking and keeping the receipt until the return has been processed.
