At Ciivo, we handle and send your orders with care and efficiency. This shipping policy applies to deliveries within Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Romania, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Greece, and Switzerland.

Delivery Area

Currently, we only ship within Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Romania, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates, France, Slovakia, Greece, and Switzerland. Orders from other countries are not accepted at this time.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

The standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after processing.

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time is 6 to 9 working days.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT +01:00) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Order Tracking

Undelivered Packages

If the address is incorrect or the package is not collected, return costs will be charged to the customer.
