Refund Policy

At Ciivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns must be registered in advance by sending an email to info@ciivo.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of damage
  • Customer's name and address

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send your return. Please note that returns should not be sent to the original delivery address without prior instructions from Ciivo.

Return Shipping and Processing

For logistical and environmental reasons, our warehouse is located in Asia, near our suppliers. All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia, and shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note: Ciivo is not responsible for these costs. Ciivo is not liable for lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Returns are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the item. You will receive a confirmation once your return is approved.

Returning a Damaged Product

Have you received a damaged product? We are very sorry for the inconvenience and want to resolve it as soon as possible! Please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@ciivo.com so we can assist you.

Please include the following information in your report:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Our team is ready to offer you an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are not possible. If you want a different size or a different item, you can return the product and place a new order.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Exceptions

Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or personal care items, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about a product's eligibility.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

For all approved returns, we offer a full refund of the purchase price. In some cases, we offer a partial refund if you decide to keep the item.
