- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (if it is damaged)
- Customer's name and address
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days after delivery by writing to info@ciivo.com.

- Photos of the item and the packaging
Our team will review the case and offer you a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
We do not make direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, you can return the product within the set period and place a new order in the store.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Ciivo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipment. We recommend using a courier service with tracking and keeping the receipt until the return has been processed.
